You can now view, in you ECash Cashier, which promotions you have qualified for, those that are active and those which have been fulfilled.

You will be able to view the status of your promotion, the name of each promotion and the date your bonus was received. This will help our 24/7 support team with information regarding your promotions, if any issues happen to arise. The amount you receive from the specific promotion is the bonus amount, and the requirement satisfied indicates the percentage you have fulfilled. Any questions regarding the wagering requirements, please contact our support team who will be more than happy to help.

Only a select number of players are eligible for certain Bonus Codes, these players will have been invited to claim a special offer. If you code does not seem to work, it could be any of the following reasons:

• Not on the selected list to receive the bonus.
• As bonus codes can only be claimed once, you may have already used it.
• You have incorrectly entered the bonus code.

Please note: the available Bonus Codes may not include those you have individually received by other methods or those available to affiliates.
